“Our homes provide a perfect backdrop to tell the story of our past, whether it be family heritage, memorable travels or personal treasures”

Fortunate enough to have travelled throughout her life, Paula enjoys discovering and unearthing inspirations and interiors from each country, bringing home souvenirs, be it moroccan rugs, kuba cloths, a large wooden Indian cow’s head, endless textiles, beaded fertility dolls, woven baskets, telephone wire animals or her phenomenal collection of antique Zulu ceremonial beadwork, the list goes on. Each of these objects has provenance, an adventurous back story, and they now take pride of place on display in her delightfully, colourful home.

“Furniture, fabrics and accessories with South African joie de vivre are adding exuberance to British homes” says Lucia van der Post in FT How To Spend It.

Paula works closely with private clients and interior designers to source any product to suit a variety of interiors schemes. With her discerning eye and bold attitude she confidently marries up modern African design with traditional and contemporary interiors. She brings a sense of travel and adventure to a room by using colour and texture, whether it be fabrics or unusual objects trouves.
